Trump’s Niece Reveals One of His Longest-Running Obsessions

OLD HABITS DIE HARD

Mary Trump says her aunt once let her in on a secret about Donald Trump that she wishes she could unhear.

Donald Trump has always been a little too invested in everyone else’s physical assets, according to his niece.

Despite widespread ridicule, the 80-year-old president has made a nightly habit of fixating on other people’s bodies on his midterm tour, particularly Ohio Sen. Jon Husted’s rear.

“Did he compliment men’s a--es the way he does now?” SiriusXM host Dean Obeidallah asked Mary Trump on her podcast.

“It’s interesting, because I’m his niece, and I didn’t really think about what his relationships were like,” said Mary, the daughter of the president’s late brother, Fred.

But she said her late aunt, Maryanne, the president’s older sister who died at age 88 in 2023, once told her something she could have done without knowing.

“My aunt shared some information with me that I wish she hadn’t when I was in my 20,” she said. “She told me that he was the horniest guy she had ever met.”

“I’m like, ‘Thank you. Thank you, Aunt Maryanne. That’s lovely,’” she added.

Mary said that while she had never heard her uncle speak about men with quite the same fascination he does now, he has always been preoccupied with other people’s looks—a habit she attributed to envy.

“He was always, like, aware of people’s levels of attractiveness—men or women—but I think it was just because he liked to associate himself with attractiveness, because he’s not attractive, or at least I don’t think he is,” she said, noting, “One of the few positive things he would ever say about my dad was that he was handsome.”

But the president’s nightly thirsting is new, she said, making it all the more alarming.

The clinical psychologist and author told Obeidallah, “I mean it’s what we call disinhibition, and it is a sign that all is not well with him cognitively speaking.”

“This is absolutely off the charts,” Mary said. “And the fact that Republicans are just like, ‘Nothing to see here, move it along, move it along. Yeah, so what, Donald is admiring Houston’s rock-solid a--?’”

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Trump, whose rambling speeches have renewed scrutiny of his cognitive health, once again regaled the crowd at his rally in Florida on Friday with a story of how he “examined” Husted from behind.

“I looked at his a--, and it was all muscle,” he said. “I looked up and down his legs. They were very powerful. I looked at his feet. They were extraordinarily large. They were not normal feet. Then I looked at his hands. His fingers were like sausages.”

The president has also gushed over Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., saying, “Did anybody ever see the build? The body on Bob—did anybody ever see?” and said MAGA rapper Nicki Minaj had “one hell of a beautiful a--.”

The president is just as quick to sneer at those who fall short of his beauty standards as he is to gush over those who meet them.

After fawning over Husted at a rally meant for Texas GOP Senate nominee Ken Paxton in Lubbock, Texas, on Tuesday, Trump said, “Maybe I should do that with Ken Paxton, but I’m not sure your body is gonna qualify.”
