Fox News host Laura Ingraham asked Donald Trump if his beloved gold White House decor came from a chain store.
Trump was interviewed on The Ingraham Angle on Monday, with the conservative host even interrupting the president when he veered off topic.

However, Ingraham released a preview of an “exclusive White House tour” due to air on her program on Tuesday night.
In the clip shared on her Facebook page on Monday afternoon, Ingraham and Trump are walking around the gold-tinged Oval Office. The 79-year-old has filled the historic room with gold appliques, gold-leaf edging, and gold urns and plaques.
Trump told the host, “You can’t imitate gold, real gold,” as they gazed at the gold picture frames and detailing. “There’s no paint that imitates gold,” he added.

Ingraham then asked the president, “So these aren’t from Home Depot?” Trump replied, “Nah, this is not Home Depot stuff.” The conservative host was seemingly referencing claims from social media detectives who have highlighted a resemblance between appliques on the Oval Office walls and those on sale at Home Depot for $58.
Some online claimed one applique looked identical to an “Ekena Millwork Onlay,” exclusively available at Home Depot.
One cheeky review left on the webpage for the applique even said, “My boss is image-obsessed & understands that when it comes to decorating, more is MORE! AND he’s convinced it’s all real gold!”
A White House official previously denied the claims to the Daily Beast, insisting: “It’s made with the highest quality gold and he’s paying for it himself.”

Trump’s gold refit of the Oval Office is just one part of his tacky do-over of the White House.
At the top of the list is the ongoing destruction of the East Wing, including the offices of the first lady, soaked in history from the era of Jackie Kennedy, and her beloved garden. It also housed the family room, the visitor’s office, and had stood for 123 years.
Trump is tearing down the building to make way for his new $300 million ballroom, which he will reportedly name after himself.

He repeatedly clashed with Ingraham during the first part of the interview, which aired on Monday, including over daming polls concerning the economic fears that many Americans report feeling under his administration.
“Why are people saying they are anxious about the economy? Why are they saying that?” Ingraham asked.
“I don’t know that they are saying [that]. I think polls are fake,” Trump answered. “We have the greatest economy we ever had.”
